Melissa was most recently Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Carat, overseeing Boston and other North American offices. We're pleased to have her back as a core member of our leadership team. Melissa is responsible for finding the best talent out there and helping us maximize their potential to achieve our strategic goals. And if you're looking for an internship, she's the person to be really nice to. Melissa knows her stuff. Before coming back to ISM, Melissa spent three years as a Professional Development Manager at Hill Holliday in Boston. Prior to that, she was the Human Resources Manager at Ropes & Gray, one of Boston's largest and most prestigious law firms. Melissa was also formerly the President and Owner of The Recruiting Resource in Arlington, Virginia which specialized in staffing a variety of service industries. Among her professional affiliations are WorldatWork, Society for Human Resource Management (SRHM), Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and the Babson Center for Executive Education where she is enrolled in their Professional Development Program.
